I just realized last night, that I have only 10 weeks to Ramadan.
There are only two things you can do in Ramadan.
1. You Gain (Muscle & Fat)
2. You Lose (Muscle & Fat)
Irrespective of what I choose then, I have to capitalize on my 10 weeks now.
Training started this morning, and I am eating clean.
Im gonna reach my 6 pack ASAFP.
